Can I use my Tascam DP008 to record with Yamaha DTXplorer?

Will the sound be clear? Just use the output L (mono) R to the input on the tascam? I also have a Roland KC-550 so I think it will sound great with these drums. One more…. I am buying the drums used but mint for $400.00 are there electronic drums in that price range...

Are they all bad? just don’t attract a drumming audience like an acoustic. between an acoustic video and an electric, i’d watch the acoustic. an electric kit just isn’t the same. its halfway to a drum machine....
