    yes you can use a guitar amp and yes the low frequencies of the kick drum if turned up too loud will damage the speaker. I’m pretty sure it has maybe like 1 or 2 china cymbal samples to choose from.

    it’s a 5pc basic set with hihat cymbal a crash and a ride. you can program the pads to be different but the default is as described above. it should work perfectly for a praise band set.

    yes this set has 215 drum and percussion samples to choose from and it has latin percussion, timpani, asian, jazz, whimsical, and the standard rock drum sounds. it has a MIDI out so you can use the drum set to trigger sounds from another midi device such as a keyboard or sampler. it has 10 user programmable channels in the module so you can custom design drum sets using any of the 215 built-in samples.

    the osp dd502 mk2 is a complete electronic drum set that is not meant to be used as a gamer set. It’s for playing with a real band. the Ion Drum rocker is a great set and I think the best gamer drum set on the market by far.

    yes, but the dd502 contol module can only support sigle zone triggers so a dual zone ride cymbal can’t function properly on the dd502 module.

    yes, but very light duty, like once a week or so. I wouldn’t trust any electronic set for pro gigging except maybe the roland v-custom pro series. But then again, I’m a perfectionist! You just have to take very good care of the module and cords.

    yes you can use the user programmable presets 21-30 to program the hi hat trigger to be a bass drum. unfortunately this kit won’t detect brushes, it’s not sensative enough. sorry.
