    @happylolproductions Acoustic is better unless you are a hardcore techno, rap, or hip-hop fan. If you like any other kind of music go with an acoustic for sure.

    Plus, Yamaha Electric drums don’t have obscene, unrealistic, amounts of bounce to their electric pads. They have a WAY better feel to them..unlike..Roland…

    @0NauGhT0 you cant …
    @0NauGhT0 you cant hear your own beat as much and you can kind of get away with being off the beat which is very bad for a drummer who has to have good time. Sounds cool but its way better to play to a click (metronome) if you actually want to get good.

  24. 0NauGhT0 on August 15, 2010 at 10:50 am

    how so?…dont …
    how so?…dont loops actually give a drummer opportunity to solo against a repetitious background…couldnt it be used to try out different time signatures aswell?…im considering buying me an edrum, so it would be good to know all aspects…peace

    Hey, I like it. I’m hoping to get a DTXpress IV sometime soon. I practically like it better than V-Drums.
